What are my payment options?


We offer payment via credit card, Paypal, and Afterpay. All payment methods are secure and safe. Afterpay is only available in Australia & USA.


Does Sasha Therese ship internationally?


We sure do! We ship to the below countries.
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Ireland, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America.


Can I return an item that I purchased whilst on sale?


Unfortunately not. We don't do returns on sale items so please be sure to check our sizing charts carefully (located on our product page) before placing your order!

Can I return my non-sale item ?


All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. Items must also be returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Yes you can! However, we only accept cancellations on pre-order item orders within 7 days of the order being placed.

Can I shop using Afterpay?


You sure can! Pay in 4 interest-free instalments! Afterpay is only available for customers located in Australia & USA.


Can I track my package?


Yes! Please check your shipment notification email. It should be in your email inbox! If you cannot find it, please check spam. If you still are having difficulties, please email our support team and we'll track your package for you!

How long does shipping take?


Shipping takes between 3-5 business days via Aus Post. Shipping will take approximately 1-3 business days for all Aus Post Express orders.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150 AUD.

Aus Post Standard International takes between 5-10 business days. Aus Post Express International takes between 3-5 business days.

What happens if i'm home and there is an attempt to deliver my package?


The postman will leave an attempt delivery card at your doorstep or in your mailbox. You'll then have to pick up your package from the post office. Please note, that if you fail to pick up your parcel from the post office within 2 weeks, your parcel will be shipped back to us. The onus will be on you to then pay for re-delivery.

What currency will I be charged in?


You will be charged in your local currency.

Can I cancel my order?


You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. If it has been shipped, you will have to return the item back to us before we can cancel your order.

Can I exchange my item?


Yes! If you item is unworn / not damaged, and still has the tags intact and is sent back to us within 7 days of delivery, we can exchange your order for you. You will however have to pay for the shipping cost back to our warehouse.

 

Do I have to pay for postage if I choose to return my item?


Yes you do.

What are my options if an item I like is out of stock?
