Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through the Sasha Therese website (“Website”) and any related services supplied by Sasha Therese Pty Ltd (ABN 33 666 238 722) ("Sasha Therese", "we", "us" or "our").

 

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, at checkout, or during promotional periods. This is an estimate only.

 

Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays, or during weekends or Victorian public holidays, will usually be processed in the next 1 to 2 business day.

 

During sale periods, collection launches, pre-order periods, warehouse closures, high-volume events or unforeseen matters, dispatch times may be longer.

 

Shipping Methods and Charges

We may use Australia Post, courier partners or other logistics providers selected by us at our absolute discretion.

 

Available delivery options, estimated timeframes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout where possible. These are all estimates only and are not guarantees.

 

Australia Shipping

 

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150 AUD and free express shipping on Australian orders over $200 AUD.

 

Australian shipping options are typically:

(a)        AusPost Standard (3 to 5 business days): $8.95 AUD

(b)        AusPost Express (1 to 3 business days): $9.95 AUD

 

United States of America (USA) Shipping

 

All USA orders are shipped from our USA warehouse. No tariff payments are required by you on USA orders. We offer free shipping on USA orders over $100 USD. UPS Next Day Delivery is available for $25 USD for eligible orders placed before the stated cut-off time.

 

The costs of shipping for orders under $100 USD shall be estimated at the time of checkout and are payable by you.

 

United Kingdom Shipping

 

We offer free shipping on United Kingdom orders over 75 GBP.

 

United Kingdom shipping options may include:

(c)     AusPost International Express (5 to 6 business days): $19.99 AUD

(d)    DHL Express (2 to 5 business days): $29.95 AUD

 

Rest of World Shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible international orders over $60 USD (where advertised in advance) and free DHL Express shipping on orders over $300 AUD.

 

 International shipping options may include:

(a)        AusPost International Express (5 to 6 business days): $19.99 AUD

(b)        DHL Express (2 to 5 business days): $29.95 AUD

 

Available shipping options and charges may vary depending on destination and will be estimated at the time of checkout and are payable by you.

 

Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Ireland, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

 

If your country is not listed, please contact us so we can see whether an alternative shipping arrangement is available.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and commence after dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

 

Please note that any orders submitted after 12 pm on Fridays and during the weekend will typically be handled within 1 to 2 business days the following week.

 

Indicative delivery windows may include:

(a)        Australia: approximately 1 to 8 business days after dispatch depending on location and service selected;

(b)        New Zealand: approximately 5 to 10 business days after dispatch;

(c)         Other international locations: approximately 7 to 25 business days after dispatch, subject to customs and local carrier conditions.

 

These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, customs clearance, peak periods, remote delivery locations and other causes outside our control.

 

Duties and Taxes

International customers may shop in local currency if the Website provides a currency selector.

 

Taxes may already be included in the product price for some countries, while other orders may be subject to duties, freight, customs charges, VAT, GST, local taxes, brokerage fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country.

 

Any charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

 

In accordance with Australian regulations, we cannot mark orders as gifts.

 

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Risk in the parcel passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you nominated.

 

If an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address is provided and/or the parcel is returned to us for any reason except our gross error, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping the parcel. We are under no obligation to re-ship an order that is returned to us until you make payment of the additional shipping charges.

 

Tracking

Online tracking is usually available for shipped orders and tracking details are usually sent to you by email after the order has been dispatched.

 

It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking link provided and contact us promptly if you believe there is a delay or issue with delivery.

 

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

We may ask you to provide information needed to investigate the issue with the carrier.

 

Where appropriate, we will work with you to try and find a suitable resolution.

 

Authority to Leave

If you authorise a parcel to be left unattended at the delivery address, or if the carrier leaves the parcel in accordance with your instructions or the carrier's terms, responsibility for the parcel may pass at that point to the extent permitted by law.

 

Please choose delivery instructions carefully.

 

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to deliver products on time or at all where the failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruption, customs delays, carrier delays, labour disputes, natural disasters, pandemics or similar events.

 

Pre-order and Split Shipments

For pre-order items, dispatch dates are estimates only.

 

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship items separately or together. Where additional shipping charges apply for split shipments, this will be disclosed at checkout or on the relevant product page.

 

For Australia, where your order value is over 200 AUD and for the USA, where your order value is over 250 USD, we will dispatch your in-stock items promptly, typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is confirmed. Orders from Europe & Canada will be shipped once the pre-order item comes into stock to avoid additional duties charges.

 

Variation

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. We have the right in our absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
