Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
Refunds and Exchanges: We offer refunds and exchanges for all full priced items. Refunds will be processed if the item has not been worn, has no stains or marks on it, comes with original tags and is placed in it's original polybag. We offer full refunds on full priced items. We also offer store credit refunds and can provide you with a store credit to the value of 120% of the order, meaning you will have an additional 20% of the value of your order to spend with us
Australian Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items received beyond this period will not be accepted.
Pre-Order Returns: If you place an order during a pre-order, you have 7 days from the date your order is received to request a return.
International Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery for international customers. Items received beyond this period will not be accepted.
Exchanges and Refunds: We only offer exchanges or refunds for all full-priced items purchased online within 14 days from the date received.
Return Methods: To receive a refund for your online purchase, you must send your item back to our warehouse. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
Condition: All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. Items must be returned back in their original polybag, otherwise a refund will not be granted.
Consumer Rights: Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Initiating Returns: Please reach out to our support team at hello@sashatherese.com in order to engage in your returns process.
Return Fees: You will be reimbursed for the amount of your order minus the shipping fee (Sasha Therese pays for customer shipping on orders over $100 AUD - you will be reimbursed LESS this fee). Faulty returns will be free of charge.
Refund method: You will be sent a refund equal to the value of your returned items via your original payment method.
Pre-Orders: You have 24 hours to cancel a pre-order item from the time of purchase. If you'd like to cancel your order, Sasha Therese can only provide a store-credit for your order. A full refund can be granted if the order was placed within 24 hours at the time of a cancellation request.
How to return an item?
1. Contact our friendly support team at hello@sashatherese.com.
2. Please let us know the item you'd like to return, your reason for returning the item, and our staff will advise the returns address.
3. Please ensure the garment you'd like to return has not been worn, is not damanged, the tag is still intact. Refer to our returns policy above for further info.
4. Once your item has landed in our warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for us to process your refund / exchange.
5. You will be emailed a refund code.
How long will it take for my refund take to process?
1. Once your return has been delivered, please allow up to 1 week for us to process your return.
2. Once processed, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method (this can take 3-4 days to arrive depending on your chosen payment method at the time of purchase).
Damaged Goods
Although we take great care to deliver impeccable products to our valued customers, we understand that, on occasion, you may receive an item you believe to be faulty due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect. If this happens, please email us to initiate your return promptly and our friendly staff will guide you through this process. It's important to note that items damaged through regular wear and tear are not classified as faulty.
Our commitment is to make every effort to either repair or replace the item in question. In cases where this isn't possible, we will gladly provide a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
Do I have to pay to have my garment sent back to your warehouse?
You are responsible for covering the postage expenses when returning garments to us. However, there are exceptions, such as when Sash Therese is at fault, such as for faulty garments or dispatch errors. You have the flexibility to choose how you wish to send back your items. It's important to note that the cost of prepaid labels for fault or error-related orders is complimentary, whereas the cost of labels for refund-related orders is indicated and will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
Yes you can! However, we only accept cancellations on pre-order item orders within 7 days of the order being placed.
When will my parcel ship if i've ordered a pre-order item with other items that are in stock?
If you've placed an order for a pre-order item in Australia and your order value is over $200, we will dispatch your in-stock items immediately. The same applies for orders in USA valued at over $250. Orders from Europe & Canada will be shipped once the pre-order item comes into stock to avoid additional duties charges.
