SASHA THERESE 2025 TRAVEL VOUCHER GIVEAWAY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promoter is Sasha Therese Pty Ltd (ACN 666 238 722) of Suite 102 / Level 1, 163-165 Eastern
Road, South Melbourne VIC 3205. The Promoter is running the giveaway.
2. The giveaway will commence at 12:00am AEST on 1 July 2025 and end at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July
2025 (“Giveaway Period”).
3. Australian residents aged 18 years and over are eligible to participate (“Eligible Entrants”). Only
individual natural persons may enter (not a company or entity). Directors, officers, managers,
employees, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Flight Centre or any entities associated
with the giveaway are not permitted to participate.
4. By entering into this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry
(“Terms”).
5. This giveaway is authorised by the following permit numbers: ACT Permit No. ACT TP 25/01395.1,
SA Licence No. T25/1039.
The Prize
6. The prize consists of 1 x Flight Centre Gift Voucher to the value of AUD$10,000.00 (“Prize”). The
total prize pool for this giveaway is valued at $10,000.00. Any ancillary costs associated with
redeeming the voucher are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
7. The Prize may not be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other
term in these Terms, the Prize must be taken as and when specified by the Promoter or it will be
forfeited in its entirety with no replacement.
8. If you are the recipient of the Prize, you must take part in any publicity, photography and any
other promotional activity as determined by the Promoter without compensation. You further
consent to the Promoter using your name, image, state or territory of residence and/or postcode in
any promotional or advertising activity.
How to Enter
STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS IS REQUIRED. NON-COMPLIANT ENTRIES ARE DEEMED
INELIGIBLE.
9. Eligible Entrants must:
9.1 follow or be following @sashatherese on Instagram
(https://www.instagram.com/sashatherese/?hl=en);
9.2 during the Giveaway Period, tag another account on Instagram in a comment on the ‘Tag
To Win’ Instagram post posted by @sashatherese on 1 July 2025. That other account
must also follow or be following @sashatherese on Instagram; and
9.3 both the commenter and the account tagged must join the @sashatherese broadcast
channel on Instagram.

Each valid comment on the ‘Tag To Win’ Instagram post is one entry in the giveaway. For the
avoidance of doubt, only the person posting the comment is entered into the giveaway, not the
account or person that is tagged in the comment.
10. If either or both of the Eligible Entrant or the account tagged in a comment by the Eligible Entrant
are not following @sashatherese on Instagram at the time that the Prize winner is drawn, then that
entry is deemed ineligible and cannot win the Prize.
11. If either or both of the Eligible Entrant or the account tagged in a comment by the Eligible Entrant
are not a member of the @sashatherese Instagram broadcast channel at the time that the Prize
winner is drawn, then that entry is deemed ineligible and cannot win the Prize.
12. There is no limit on the number of times an Eligible Entrant can enter the giveaway, provided that
each comment on the ‘Tag To Win’ Instagram post only tags one other Instagram account and each
entry tags a different account.
13. Entries are deemed to be entered at the time the Eligible Entrant tags another account on the
‘Tag to Win’ Instagram post. To be valid, the entry must be entered during the Giveaway Period.
14. All entries made during the Giveaway Period shall be automatically entered in the random draw
for the Prize.
15. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the giveaway. There is no additional cost to
enter the giveaway other than any cost paid by the Eligible Entrant to access the social media
platform via their internet service provider.
16. The Prize will be drawn at approximately 10:00am AEST on 4 August 2025.
17. The Prize draw shall be conducted electronically using a random generator at the Promoter’s
address (249 Coventry Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205). If required by law, an independent
witness will be arranged to witness the prize draw.
18. The winner of the Prize will be notified by Instagram direct message or email. The Prize winner
must respond to the Instagram direct message or email within 2 months (“Response Period”). If the
winner does not respond on or before the Response Date they shall be deemed to have forfeited
their winning entry and any entitlement to the Prize.
19. In the event that the Prize remains unclaimed at the expiry of the Response Period, the Prize will
be forfeited and a new winner shall be selected by the Promoter carrying out a new prize draw at
approximately 10:00am AEST on 6 October 2025. The new draw shall take place in the same manner
and at the same address as the original draw (See clause 17). The Promoter may at its election and
sole discretion take any other action as required by applicable state and territory lottery and gaming
laws in the event the Prize is forfeited or unclaimed.
20. The name, state or territory of residence and/or postcode of the winner of the Prize may be
published on the Promoter’s website and/or Instagram page or as otherwise required by law. The
last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on the Promoter’s
website within 30 days of the end of the Giveaway Period (except for any winner who has requested
in writing via email at hello@sashatherese.com.au that their name and postcode not be so
published).

21. The Prize will be dispatched to the winner via email as soon as possible after the Prize draw. It is
the responsibility of the winner of the Prize to ensure that they use the Prize before any expiry date
of the Prize.
22. Any ineligible entries may be deemed invalid by the Promoter and may lead to the forfeiture of
the original Prize at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable for any
Eligible Entrant’s failure to comply with these Terms, nor will it be required to inform any Eligible
Entrant whether their entry has been deemed invalid.
23. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner accepts and complies with all Flight Centre
terms and conditions.
24. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and
entrants’ details (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a
winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner
will forfeit the Prize and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible,
incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid and
not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or
infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use
of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an
individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by
that individual invalid. Tagging a bot account may render all entries submitted by that individual
invalid.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these
Terms. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the giveaway or claiming the
Prize, the Promoter will make a decision and the Promoter’s decision will be final.
26. This giveaway is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner of the Prize.
General
27. The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this giveaway is final and the Promoter
will not enter into any negotiation or discussion as to its decisions.
28. Any queries regarding the giveaway should be sent to the Promoter via email at
hello@sashatherese.com.au. The Promoter may review the query and take any action that the
Promoter deems in its sole discretion to be appropriate (subject to applicable state and territory
lottery and gaming laws).
29. If for any reason any aspect of this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including by
reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised
intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter
may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway and invalidate any
affected entries, or suspend or modify the Prize, subject always to state and territory regulations.
30. Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes, or modifies any Australian consumer rights under any
applicable statute that cannot lawfully be excluded.
31. Subject to clause 30, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this
giveaway are not liable (including but not limited to negligence) for any loss (including indirect,
special, consequential, or loss of profits), expenses, damages, personal injury, illness or death
suffered in connection with this giveaway or the use or enjoyment of the Prize or part thereof except

for any liability which cannot be excluded under statute (in which case it is limited to the greatest
extent allowed by law).
32. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion prohibit an Eligible Entrant’s participation in this
giveaway, cancel or suspend the Prize or otherwise cease to provide the Prize to the winner if the
winner (in the Promoter’s opinion) is or tagged an Instagram bot account, breaches these Terms,
behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter or its
products and brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
33. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize
winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this giveaway
results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to
follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods
and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
34. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or
delay in transit of the Prize.
35. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or
network congestion. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated
with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any liability arising from this giveaway.
Privacy and Personal Information
36. The personal information Eligible Entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose
of conducting this giveaway. The Promoter may disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to
companies and agencies connected with this giveaway and to relevant authorities in the relevant
states and territories, and the winner’s name, image, postcode and state/territory of residence may
be published on the Promoter’s website or social media pages and remain there for at least 28 days,
in accordance with these Terms and/or as required under relevant legislation or regulations. Entry is
conditional on providing this information.
37. By entering the giveaway, Eligible Entrants warrant that they are over 18 and a resident of
Australia and consent to the use of their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes.
38. Please email hello@sashatherese.com.au if you wish to:-
(a) access the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek the correction of such
information; or
(b) complain about a privacy breach.
Some of the Promoter’s service providers may be located outside of Australia. Where this occurs, the
Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy
