SASHA THERESE 2026 TRAVEL VOUCHER GIVEAWAY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The Promoter is Sasha Therese Pty Ltd (ACN 666 238 722) of Suite 102 / Level 1, 163-165 Eastern Road, South Melbourne VIC 3205. The Promoter is running a giveaway ("Giveaway").

2. The Giveaway will commence at 12:00am AEST on 1 June 2026 and end at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 ("Giveaway Period").

3. Australian residents aged 18 years and over are eligible to participate ("Eligible Entrants"). Only individual natural persons may enter (not a company or entity). Directors, officers, managers, employees, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Flight Centre or any entities associated with the Giveaway are not permitted to participate.

4. By entering into this Giveaway, the Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry ("Terms").

5. This Giveaway is authorised by the following permit numbers: ACT Permit No. ACT TP 26/01134, SA Licence No: T26/879.

THE PRIZE

6. The prize consists of 1 x Flight Centre Gift Voucher to the value of AUD$7,000.00 ("Prize"). The total prize pool for this Giveaway is valued at AUD$7,000.00. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher (for example, service fees, supplier surcharges, or travel extras that may be imposed by Flight Centre or third-party providers) are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

7. The Prize may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term in these Terms, the Prize must be taken as and when specified by the Promoter, or it will be forfeited in its entirety with no replacement.

8. If you are the recipient of the Prize, you must take part in any publicity, photography and any other promotional activity as determined by the Promoter without compensation. You further consent to the Promoter using your name, image, state or territory of residence and/or postcode in any promotional or advertising activity.

How to Enter

STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS IS REQUIRED. NON-COMPLIANT ENTRIES WILL BE DEEMED INELIGIBLE.

9. To qualify for entry into the Giveaway, Eligible Entrants must make a Qualifying Purchase from the Promoter's website (https://sashatherese.com) within the Giveaway Period.

10. A Qualifying Purchase means a single transaction of any value and of any number of items that is fully paid for, completed, and confirmed via the Promoter's website checkout system within the Giveaway Period. For the avoidance of doubt, a transaction that is not paid in full, is cancelled, is refunded, is reversed or is subject to a chargeback during or after the Giveaway Period but before the Draw Date will not constitute a Qualifying Purchase and will be disqualified from entry into the Prize draw.

11. If all items from a transaction are returned and a refund or credit is issued (whether within or after the Giveaway Period but before the Draw Date), that transaction ceases to be a Qualifying Purchase and any entry into the Prize draw derived from it becomes invalid.

12. If some, but not all, items from a transaction are returned (a partial return), resulting in a partial refund, the transaction remains a Qualifying Purchase and any entry derived from it remains valid.

13. The Promoter may verify whether a transaction remains a Qualifying Purchase and may disqualify any entry that does not satisfy these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Each Qualifying Purchase grants one entry into the Giveaway, and multiple entries are permitted. All entries made during the Giveaway Period shall be automatically entered in the random draw for the Prize.

15. Entries are deemed to be entered at the time the Eligible Entrant receives an order confirmation for the Qualifying Purchase from the Promoter's website. To be valid, the entry must be entered during the Giveaway Period.

16. Eligible Entrants must retain and present evidence of their Qualifying Purchase (tax invoice/receipt showing full payment and confirmation within the Giveaway Period) if requested by the Promoter as a condition of Prize collection. An entry without a valid tax invoice/receipt may be deemed invalid and disqualified.

17. The Promoter does not charge an entry fee or additional cost to enter the Giveaway. Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the internet or using mobile networks to enter the Giveaway.

18. The Prize will be drawn at approximately 10:00am AEST on 3 July 2026 ("Draw Date").

19. The Prize draw shall be conducted electronically using a random generator at the Promoter's address, Unit 2, Level 2, 100 Dorcas Street, Southbank, VIC 3006. If required by law, an independent witness will be arranged to witness the prize draw.

20. The winner of the Prize will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the Draw Date with details on how to claim the Prize, and their details will also be published at the Promoter's website (https://sashatherese.com) and Instagram page (@sashatherese) by 10 July 2026. Once notified, the Prize winner must claim the Prize within two (2) months from the Draw Date ("Response Period"). If the winner does not claim the Prize within the Response Period, they shall be deemed to have forfeited their winning entry and any entitlement to the Prize.

21. In the event that the Prize remains unclaimed at the expiry of the Response Period, the Prize will be forfeited and a new winner shall be selected by the Promoter carrying out a new prize draw at approximately 10:00am AEST on 7 September 2026. The new draw shall take place in the same manner and at the same address as the original draw. The Promoter may at its election and sole discretion take any other action as required by applicable state and territory lottery and gaming laws in the event the Prize is forfeited or unclaimed.

22. The name, state or territory of residence and/or postcode of the winner of the Prize may be published on the Promoter's website and/or Instagram page or as otherwise required by law. The last name, initial of the first name and postcode of the winner will be published on the Promoter's website within 28 days after the relevant draw (except for any winner who has requested in writing via email at hello@sashatherese.com.au that their name and postcode not be so published).

23. Once claimed, the Prize will be dispatched to the winner via email as soon as practical after the draw. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they use the Prize before any expiry date of the Prize.

24. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the Prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with the redelivery of the Prize should the delivery details provided by the winner be incorrect.

25. Any ineligible entries may be deemed invalid by the Promoter and may lead to the forfeiture of the original Prize at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable for any Eligible Entrant's failure to comply with these Terms, nor will it be required to inform any Eligible Entrant whether their entry has been deemed invalid.

26. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner accepts and complies with all Flight Centre terms and conditions.

27. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrants' details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the Prize and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, incorrect and illegible entries and entries made using automated bots or similar (as applicable) will, at the Promoter's discretion, be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.

28. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Giveaway or claiming the Prize, the Promoter will make a decision and the Promoter's decision will be final.

29. This Giveaway is a game of chance, and skill plays no part in determining the winner of the Prize.

GENERAL

30. The Promoter's decision in connection with all aspects of this Giveaway is final and the Promoter will not enter into any negotiation or discussion as to its decisions.

31. Any queries regarding the Giveaway should be sent to the Promoter via email at hello@sashatherese.com.au. The Promoter may review the query and take any action that the Promoter deems in its sole discretion to be appropriate (subject to applicable state and territory lottery and gaming laws).

32. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

33. Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes, or modifies any Australian consumer rights under any applicable statute that cannot lawfully be excluded.

34. Subject to clause 33, the Promoter, its directors, officers, employees and agents and the agencies, persons and companies associated with this Giveaway are not liable (including but not limited to negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special, consequential, or loss of profits), expenses, damages, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this Giveaway or the use or enjoyment of the Prize or part thereof except for any liability which cannot be excluded under statute (in which case it is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).

35. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion prohibit an Eligible Entrant's participation in this Giveaway, cancel or suspend the Prize or otherwise cease to provide the Prize to the winner if the winner (in the Promoter's opinion acting reasonably) breaches these Terms, acts fraudulently, behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter or its products and brands, or is contrary to law.

36. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this Giveaway results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

37. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of the Prize.

38. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Flight Centre. Entrants release Flight Centre from any liability arising from this Giveaway.

39. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability arising from this Giveaway.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

40. The Promoter will use the personal information Eligible Entrants provide for the purpose of conducting this Giveaway. The Promoter may disclose Eligible Entrants' personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Giveaway and to relevant authorities in the relevant states and territories, and the winner's name, image, postcode and state/territory of residence may be published on the Promoter's website or social media pages and remain there for at least 28 days, in accordance with these Terms and/or as required under relevant legislation or regulations.

41. By entering the Giveaway, Eligible Entrants warrant that they are over 18 and a resident of Australia and consent to the use of their personal information for promotional purposes.

42. Please email hello@sashatherese.com.au if you wish to:
    a. access the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek the correction of such information; or
    b. complain about a privacy breach.

43. Some of the Promoter's service providers may be located outside of Australia. Where this occurs, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
